Troubleshooting Digital Channels

2. If the screen says "Cannot find Channel" or Please Wait a Moment While We Process Your Request" that means that the quality is low, usually zero.

3. To raise the quality the east/west and/or the skew will need to be adjusted. The east/west can be adjusted by pressing the left arrow or right arrow. See Adjusting Skew to see how to adjust the skew.

4. If the quality is still low after you try adjusting the east/west and the skew then the dish may need to realign the dish, get a lower degree LNB or you may have some terrestrial interference (TI) in your area. To compensate for TI it is suggested to strategically place wire or mesh screens around the dish.
