4000 OLD

These type of receivers do not go by satellite names, the customer should have a list of numbers that correspond to the satellites. (EX: Satellite 01 will be F1, 02 is F4, etc.). They may have two boxes, one is a receiver and the other would be the dish positioner. The tuning buttons on the remote are east and west buttons.

4000 NEW

The new type receiver will have a tuning select button on the remote control. The customer will also have one box. The receiver will have four different tuning modes on the front of it also (Audio, Video, Dish, Polarity). The tuning buttons on the remote are up and down arrows.
